This “Photo Cleanup Risk Notice” is intended to help you fully understand the risks before deleting photos or videos. Please read it carefully before performing any deletion. By using the app’s deletion-related features, you confirm that you understand and accept the risks described here.
The app is an assistive tool for local photo organization and cleanup. Its similarity grouping, flaw detection, scoring, and keep/delete recommendations are reference suggestions based on algorithms and do not represent a final judgment of any photo’s value, quality, or necessity of keeping. The final decision to delete is yours.
2.1 Recognition results are affected by many factors, including photo content, sharpness, exposure, composition, metadata completeness, iCloud download status, system model capabilities, and current threshold settings. 2.2 Similarity grouping, flaw detection, scoring, and keep recommendations may all produce false positives, false negatives, or orderings that do not match your subjective preferences. 2.3 Adjusting the “Similarity Grouping,” “Flaw Detection,” and “Keep Recommendation” levels in Settings changes the suggestions, but no level guarantees full accuracy.
3.1 Deletion is performed by Apple’s system photo flow. Deleted items typically go to Apple’s “Recently Deleted” in Photos. 3.2 The recovery method, retention period (typically about 30 days, per the system), cross-device sync, and iCloud behavior are determined by the system and your Apple ID settings. 3.3 If you further empty items in “Recently Deleted,” or the retention period has passed, the content generally cannot be recovered through the app.
Please review group by group and photo by photo before deleting. Be especially careful with the following and do not delete them based on algorithm suggestions alone: portraits and family members, photos of children, travel and keepsake photos, work and study screenshots, chat records, receipts and invoices, IDs and certificates, contracts and legal documents, medical and health information, creative and design assets, QR codes containing important information, and Live Photos and videos.
Batch cleanup and multi-select deletion can remove large amounts of content at once, increasing the risk of accidental deletion. Confirm your filter and selection before a bulk deletion, and proceed in smaller batches when appropriate.
Before any large-scale cleanup, we recommend completing a trustworthy backup first — such as iCloud Photos, Time Machine, external storage, or another backup method you trust — so you can recover as much as possible in case of accidental deletion.
Videos, Live Photos, and Live-format photos may contain motion, sound, and associated resources; an ordinary-looking cover frame does not mean the content can be deleted freely. Please double-check before deleting such content.
The app is only an assistive organization tool and is not responsible for data loss caused by: deletions you confirm, system sync, iCloud status, device failure, mis-operation, or missing or failed third-party backups. The allocation of responsibility is further set out in the disclaimer and limitation-of-liability clauses of the Terms of Service.
By continuing to use deletion-related features, you confirm that: you understand deletion may be irreversible, you will review on your own and take responsibility for the deletion results, and you are aware that the app’s suggestions are for reference only.
Version & updates: This document is dated June 22, 2026. We may update it from time to time; the latest version is shown in the app, and material changes are announced in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

本《照片清理风险提示》旨在帮助你在删除照片或视频前充分理解相关风险。请在执行任何删除前认真阅读。使用本应用的删除相关功能，即表示你已理解并接受本提示所述风险。
本应用是本地照片整理与清理的辅助工具。它给出的相似分组、瑕疵识别、评分与保留／删除推荐，都是基于算法的参考性建议，不代表对任何照片价值、质量或保留必要性的最终判断。最终是否删除，由你自行决定。
2.1 识别结果受照片内容、清晰度、曝光、构图、元数据完整性、iCloud 下载状态、系统模型能力与当前阈值设置等多种因素影响。 2.2 相似分组、瑕疵识别、评分与保留推荐都可能出现误判、漏判，或排序不符合你的主观偏好。 2.3 调整设置中的「相似分组」「瑕疵判定」「保留推荐」档位会改变建议结果，但任何档位都不保证完全准确。
3.1 删除由 Apple 系统照片流程执行。删除后的项目通常进入 Apple「照片」的「最近删除」。 3.2 恢复方式、保留期限（通常为约 30 天，以系统为准）、跨设备同步与 iCloud 行为，均由系统与你的 Apple ID 设置决定。 3.3 若你在「最近删除」中继续清空，或保留期已过，相关内容通常将无法通过本应用恢复。
请在删除前逐组、逐张复核。对以下类型尤其谨慎，不建议仅凭算法建议批量删除：人像与家人、孩子照片、旅行与纪念照片、工作与学习截图、聊天记录、票据与发票、证件与证明、合同与法律文件、医疗与健康信息、创作与设计素材、含重要信息的二维码，以及 Live Photo、实况照片与视频。
批量清理与多选删除可一次性删除大量内容，误删风险相应增大。请在批量删除前确认筛选条件与选中范围，必要时分批、小步进行。
在进行较大规模清理前，建议你先完成可信备份，例如 iCloud 照片、Time Machine、外部存储或其它你信任的备份方案，以便在误删时尽可能恢复。
视频、Live Photo 与实况照片可能包含动态画面、声音与关联资源；封面帧看似普通不代表其内容可随意删除。删除此类内容前请额外确认。
本应用仅作为整理辅助工具，不对因下述情形造成的数据丢失承担责任：你确认的删除、系统同步、iCloud 状态、设备故障、误操作，或第三方备份缺失或失效。相关责任界定另见《服务条款》中的免责声明与责任限制条款。
继续使用删除相关功能，即表示你确认：你理解删除可能不可逆，你将自行复核并对删除结果负责，并已知悉本应用的建议仅供参考。
